Claims go into our system immediately and the debtor is notified right after, followed by calls and letters. Some debts come in within days. The average collection takes 30 to 45 days.

We assess whether the claim is worth suing on: the debtor's assets, the documentation, and the amount. If it is, and you authorize it, we pursue legal action through our attorney network.

Payments collected the 1st through the 15th are processed the 1st through the 5th of the following month. Payments collected the 16th through the 31st are processed the 16th through the 20th of the following month. Custom remittance schedules are available.
If available: a ledger history or itemized statement of the debt, the customer registration or application, and any credit applications, contracts, promissory notes, or agreements.
Two things. Report any direct payment a debtor makes to you immediately, because it is illegal for us to keep collecting on a paid claim. And once you place an account with us, stop all in-house collection activity on it.
